Returns and cancellation

You may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason. Email support@peluffos.com with your order number and your decision to return.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Contact support@peluffos.com first for return instructions and the return address. You may also request this information before purchasing. This contact step does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal. Keep proof of postage.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. For faulty, incorrect or damaged goods, contact us: we will provide the applicable legal remedy without passing those costs to you.

We refund the amounts due, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable, using the same payment method within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Optional delivery upgrades above standard delivery are not refunded for withdrawal.
