Terms of purchase

Peluffos sells plush socks for indoor wear. One unit means one pair. Character names identify colours; movements and conversations in the videos are animated.

Product prices are shown in euros (EUR) for the European Union and US dollars (USD) for other markets, including applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated separately before payment. Before confirming, review the items, quantity, discount, delivery, taxes and total. Your bank may apply currency conversion or its own fees.

Quantity discount

Current quantity offers are displayed on the purchase cards and in the basket. Colours may be mixed. The discount is calculated on the total eligible pairs and does not stack with other coupons. Final conditions and applied amounts are shown in the basket and checkout.

Saving items in your basket does not reserve stock or constitute a purchase. Product availability and characteristics are stated on the product page. An order requires completing checkout and receiving confirmation.

Delivery and consumer rights

See our shipping and returns pages. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund the amount collected where we cannot fulfil it. Applicable statutory conformity guarantees and mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
