Data and purposes

We process the information you provide when contacting us or purchasing: name, contact details, delivery and billing address, products and order information. We use it to answer enquiries, manage purchases, deliver goods, handle returns and comply with accounting and tax obligations.

Our legal bases include performing the contract or taking pre-contractual steps, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting the service against fraud. Optional marketing requires an appropriate legal basis; purchasing does not automatically subscribe you.

Payments and recipients

Payments are processed through the payment gateway available at checkout. Peluffos does not store your full card number or security code. Hosting, payment, email and delivery services receive the information needed to perform their services. International services may require the necessary information to be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are subject to the safeguards required by applicable data protection law. Contact customer support for information about recipients and applicable safeguards.

Retention and rights

We retain enquiries as needed to resolve them and order records for applicable legal and claims periods. You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability at support@peluffos.com. We may request proportionate identification where necessary. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and preferences

The shop uses technical session, security and basket functions. Your language choice and basket may be stored in your browser. Optional advertising or analytics are not enabled without the consent required.
